BICOL OIL is a petroleum provider company strategically positioned to support the critical need for fuel in the Philippines using high-quality products of international standards. BICOL OIL is a Philippine corporation duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Department of Energy (DOE), the Bureau of Customs (BOC) and the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA).
BICOL OIL was organized, incorporated and established in 2003 by a group of experienced and capable individuals, with varied national and international experience, whose vision is to transform BICOL OIL into a recognized contributor to the progress and development of oil and gas trade in the Philippines and other parts of the world by being an active part of a socially responsible industry.
BICOL OIL is actively engaged in the bulk shipment, supply and distribution of both diesel, gasoline and other petroleum products.
BICOL OIL's direct Strategic Partnership with major Oil Refineries allow the company to secure refined fuel at competitive prices, ensuring reliability and affordability for its buyers and consumers.
